Debora is a qualified lawyer, specialist in Brazilian Public Law, with a master’s degree in Negotiation and Mediation.
She is eager to learn, connect with people, and to use knowledge to enhance lives.
Debora has been an assistant to the Prosecution Office in Brazil for minor offences in the legal sector. She also taught conflict resolution skills to children and adolescents living in violent, low-income areas for believing the need to nurture those competencies from an early age.
Outside the legal sector, she has worked alongside the Government, corporations, and NGOs to bring into life initiatives promoting rights such as education, health, quality of life, and employment.
In her role, she writes, researches, and provides the content and information needed to support the team and the firm to flourish.
Debora speaks three languages (Portuguese, Spanish, and English) and sees relationships as the best learning sources.
