Partner level opportunities – Corporate, Commercial, Regulatory, Data Privacy


We work with clients in fast growing sectors and, like them, we are currently growing. We have a very clear strategy as to our own growth and where they want to position ourselves. There are opportunities for partner-level solicitors to join us at “ground level” as we craft our firm into being the top specialist firm in our core business sectors. This is an incredibly exciting time, and a real opportunity for partners or senior associates with the passion to build a truly great place to work. At partner level you will play a pivotal role in developing and growing the firm, and you will have a seat at the table when it comes to decision making.

At present, we are specifically recruiting for partner-level solicitors in the legal disciplines below. However, we are always interested in speaking to candidates who believe they may bring value to our firm, whatever their legal discipline.

Corporate or company/commercial (early stage)

Early stage and venture capital with a track record in Emerging Technology businesses and/or technologies impacting the built environment (e.g. PropTech, BuildTech or infrastructure).

Technology and communications

Commercial and/or regulatory. Experience in Technology Infrastructure (5G, IoT, smart cities, data centres, etc) and Digital Business (hardware, software, outsourcing, licensing and data).

Data protection and privacy

Data privacy, data-sharing, transfer of data outside of the EU. Compliance and dealing with data breach incidents.


Experience in Technology Infrastructure and communications assets (5G, IoT, data centres). Leasing and licensing arrangements. Experience working on acquisitions and disposals through corporate entities. Experience of working within REIT environments an advantage.

We have realistic financial aspirations for you – ideally, you should be able to demonstrate that you have a client following of at least £250,000. We will then work closely with you during the application and onboarding process to ensure we offer you all the support we can and develop a joint business plan.
